Rand A. Diamond
Over the past 26 years, Rand Diamond has negotiated more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions and secured in excess of $500 million in financing for new developments and renovations. At GlenStar, Mr. Diamond heads the firm's leasing and marketing efforts, and is involved with all new acquisitions, dispositions and project financing, as well.
Mr. Diamond spearheaded marketing and leasing for prominent Chicago assets including AT&T Corporate Center, the USG Building and Two Prudential Plaza. A founding principal of GVA Williams' Chicago office, Mr. Diamond earlier served as a principal and managing director of Stein & Company – among Chicago's most respected real estate development firms. Previously, Mr. Diamond was senior vice president of corporate real estate services for the Chicago office of Rubloff Inc.

Lawrence A. Debb
Larry Debb, a 26-year industry veteran, brings diverse experience to the firm that includes leasing and investment as well as construction and development projects totaling more than $1 billion. At GlenStar, Mr. Debb leads the firm's development and construction activities.
Mr. Debb began his career in appraisal with the Marling Group, later directing the firm's brokerage and development divisions. He went on to lead suburban leasing and development activity at Rubloff Inc. He also served as a managing director at Mesirow Realty Brokerage, overseeing that company's investment and development group. Mr. Debb is a founding principal of the Chicago office of GVA Williams.

Michael A. Klein
Michael Klein began his career as a real estate attorney and has since been involved in most aspects of real estate, including development, mortgage underwriting, investment and brokerage. At GlenStar, Mr. Klein heads the firm's asset and property management groups, and is involved with all new acquisitions, dispositions and project financing, as well.
Mr. Klein spent several years with The Principal Financial Group and served on the senior management team of a privately owned development and investment firm in Westchester County, New York. After relocating to Chicago, he helped establish the Midwest presence of Insignia/ESG before joining GVA Williams as a principal. Mr. Klein was recently featured in the Crain's Chicago Business roster of "40 Under 40" and "Who's Who in Chicago Business."
